Part 107 Updates for OOP and Night Operations
The DOT has pushed back the effective date of the new Initial Test and online Recurrent Training to 3/16/21.
As of now, if you become non-current at the end of February, you can’t take the Recurrent Training until 3/16/21. If you have to fly between 3/1/21 and 3/16/21, you’ll need to take the UGR in person.
Remember, in addition to not flying legally, if there is an incident, your insurance won’t cover you.

Looks like this recurrent training is live as of yesterday. The Night flights and OOP go active on April 21st.
